We signed a contract with Jackson Property company May 17, 2012. We have only lived there 11 months and we have filed 3 police reports with the Arlington Police Department regarding break in's and theft.



This past Tuesday our front door was kicked in and wide open when we returned home from work and a handgun was taken from our home. Our concerns were expressed for our safety to Jackson Property that now that whomever broke into our home knows what we have possession of and now that have a gun. A deadly weapon was taken out of our home and could potentially be used ON US.

Despite this very real fact, Jackson Property Company stated to us that "crime" is not a reason to end a contract, however, with my life being worth MORE than a contract, this business very coldly stated that we would need to get an attorney.





Additionally, we had a fence that rotted and panels were falling into our yard causing us less security from neighbors and other intruders, the lock to this gate was literally on the ground. This security issue was not remedied until 8-9 days later.
