Jake Keller, of North Texasâ??s First Family of Hamburgers, with restaurants dating back to 1965 opened the first Jakes in 1985. Greg Garvey has operated Jakes since 2003, serving lunch and dinner- offering the same great old fashioned double patty burgers that started it all.
