UPDATE: Glass shade arrived 8/3/20, 10 days after I spoke with company, as promised. Nothing but good things to say about Litex!

Bought a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan this week (7/24/20), and the glass shade broke as it was being installed. Customer service person at Litex said it is covered under warranty, and they are sending a replacement free of charge. Quick, easy, painless, and professional. Replacement should arrive in a week to 10 days - if it doesn't, I will revise this review, but so far so good!

Called the parts department to order a ceiling fan arm and spoke to Kenneth who was absolutely rude, did not believe me when i was giving him my model number, told me i was lying and i am stupid, i spoke to his supervisor Scott who really did not care.

Worst customer service EVER, i will never buy a ceiling fan from Lowe's because of these fools.

Their item # P-3358 Ceiling Fan Brush comes in two parts: the pole and the Brush head. I buy these so often, because they won't last through but one cleaning. I love the brush head, but the twisted wire breaks after only use. They do not sell just the brush head, I have to continue to buy over and over, the whole unite, poll plus head and it coast $12.33 per unit. Because it doesn't last, I keep returning the broken one and get another one, but I have to buy the whole set. I wish they would just sell the brush head, because it screws onto the pole. The pole last for ever, but the head only laast one use. I really like the way the brush cleans, but I have so many fans, it would be great if it lasted for longer than just one day!!!!!!

Their customer service is extremely poor. there is an issue with their Harbor Breeze fan and I have been trying to get a capacitor for it since 04/21/2012. Each time I call they inform me that the part is available and will be shipped that day and we will receive in three to five days. Part still has not been received. I asked that they send overnight and provide tracking number and was informed it is too costly and they don't provide that service. As you can tell they really could careless if they help you or not. I guess they are waiting for me to throw the $300 ceiling fan away.
