Been waiting 5 months and 23 for a refund.



I was called and texted multiple times to confirm my appointment and each time I did. When I arrived for my appointment they told me my insurance had not been verified. I was given the option to reschedule or pay out of pocket and get reimbursed after my insurance was verified. Since I was already there and had taken the time off work I decided to pay out of pocket and was assured that a reimbursement would take 2-4 weeks. Nearly 6 MONTHS later I AM STILL WAITING for my reimbursement. My insurance has already paid and so have I. At this point, they have been paid twice for one procedure.

Great place to go. You can take the whole family

The providers at Lynn Creek are great. However, make sure your doctor is in network with your insurance if you are using insurance. The office staff will not give you this information, you will not know until you receive a bill for out of network benefits.

I am sooo glad that my daughter Chloe was able to experience getting her teeth cleaned, x-ray, and exam by your staff. She simply loves your dental office and tells everyone about her experience, and she is only four years old! Thanks Lynn Creek Dental, you have made our family so happy!

I loved Lynn Creek. The facilities were very nice (TV over-head to watch while getting your teeth cleaned, a very "home-y" atmosphere, etc.). They also have really great hours, so you can go before or after school or work without having to take off. Melanie Douglass

I really enjoyed Lynn Creek Dental in Grand Prairie! Like anyone I don't enjoy going to the dentist but it is something we all need to do so it is nice to find somewhere that has friendly staff and great office! Any dentist where I can watch TV during my exam is great! Lynn Creek does a great job making going to the Dentist as painless as possible.

LynnCreekDental is an amazing place !!!!! The people there were very helpful and friendly. I love how flexible they are with your work scheudle and how they have VERY AFFORABLE PAYMENT PLANS and they was not a long wait at all and I had a late afternoon appointment. Definitely the BEST dental office I've ever visited!! The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. They are also very good at scheduling appointments...I went with my daughter on her very first visit to the dentist and they scheduled us on the same day and overlapping times so she could go by herself like a big girl! She kept bragging about how fun the visit was and can't wait to go back!! :) The dentist is amazing, the equipment is very high tech...you can actually see your X-rays while they are working on your teeth. This is a great dentist office. I was prepared to walk in to that dentist office smell that makes me nervous just stepping into the office. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not get that smell at all. The office is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I took my family in for their regular checkups and they were able to give us block appointments which worked well for us. I would highly recommend this dentist office!

Beautiful design concept, technology for the new generation. Warm and relaxing environment. They offer your warm neck rolls and they offer flexible payment plans.Flexible Appointment times the office is open from 7 am to 7 pm. You never have a reason to be nervous cause they seem to have thought of everything from payment plans to treatment plans they will help you get the work you need done and done right. Regina Finney

This dental office is state of the art. The staff is prefessional and very friendly. The Dr. was amazing. she brought me back to actually see my child's teeth not just xrays or just believe her word. If you're looking for a dental practice, visit. Lynn Creek Dental Care, the services are affordable, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Our son was very comfortable with the service he received and is even excited about his follow up appt this week.
