am sorry for the disappointment and the bad experience you had at our place. In deed we are very inexperience on the food service business and we are aware of that. This is a family operated restaurant and we started from scratch with no experience whatsoever but with a lot or willingness to make it in this hard and competitive business. I am the manager, the owner, the waiter, and the dishwasher too as we can barely make enough to pay the electric bill. We are not a big chain restaurant and nothing was handled to us in a silver plate. We knew from the start we would be having this kind of issues and unhappy customers like you but we took the risk anyways. Most people welcomed us with open hands in this area and we are not stopping anytime soon. With all this flaws, we will be thriving for excellence, great food and great customer service. Am very sorry for your disappointment again but we will get better I promise. Thanks for writing this review cause this will only make us better. We hope you stop some other day at Mi Casa Cafe and give us the opportunity to serve you better.

Had the text me enchiladas they were good except waitress doesn't pay much attention cuz order was wrong. Went back next day ordered breakfast they had no chips and salsa. Went on a weekend they promised Menudo and caldo. When I walked in nobody was no staff in the resteraunt so waited a while manager got there said caldo wld be ready in 45 min returned almost 2 hrs later no caldo.. This has repeated 3 weeks in a row... Very disappointed. They hv good food but very unprepared as a business.
