Awful customer service! I went in to add a few links onto my watchband. Specifically, asked him to install links on the shorter side of the band. After payment was made, I noticed that he installed all the links onto the longer side. When I pointed out his mistake he stated, "I am very busy and will have to charge you an additional fee to fix it." Wow, get that, additional fee to fix the mistake they made.
