Horrible customer service. I had a house built recently and this company must have been the one the builder contracted to install the sprinkler systems. Within three months, two sprinkler pipes busted and required repair. I called to schedule an appointment for a warranty repair, and was scheduled a week out. I was given a timeframe from 11am-1pm, but at 12:30pm, I received a call saying the timeframe has been pushed out to 1-2pm. At this point, I had not eaten lunch yet and was planning on grabbing lunch after the sprinklers were fixed. I asked the representative whether they can push it out to 2-3pm instead, since they were running late and I had to grab food. I was told that was not a possibility, so I asked to speak with a supervisor.



The supervisor I spoke with was highly rude and gave me the run around about how the sprinklers are underground and unpredictable, and how it's hot outside and the workers are working hard and delays can happen. Well, that's why there's a two hour timeframe! That's a two hour window for possible delays, and if that timeframe wasn't enough to accommodate extenuating circumstances, then it should be widened.



The issue I had was not with the delay. It was with their crass attitude and unwillingness to push it out an hour so I can grab food when they were the ones at fault on their end. When I spoke with the "supervisor" and received an unsatisfactory answer, I requested to speak with her superior. Little did I know, I was actually speaking with the owner (her name was Tronnia), who at that point, had the audacity to question why I felt the need to speak with someone higher than her, to which I reiterated my issues. At the end, I told her I would keep my appointment, but that it was good to know that she was the owner and this is the way she operates her business and handles customer service when they are the ones who were late to their own appointment. She ended the call by sarcastically saying, "...and it's good to know that you don't understand that sprinklers are underground and unpredictable."



I'm sorry, Tronnia, it is not my job to understand the unpredictable nature of sprinklers. It is YOUR job. And when there are unexpected delays, you make it right with the customer. You do not act rude and sarcastic, and you most certainly do not issue ultimatums. I can understand delays, but I cannot understand your horrible attitude.



It is my unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with this horrendous company. Most certainly, if anyone has a need for a sprinkler company, I would highly advise against this one.

This company came to my house late. Billed me for time that they weren't there. I called several times asking them to look into this false billing. Each time they said they would get back with me after looking in to the issue. Each time they didn't call me back!!! I finally got to speak with someone higher than this guy named Brandon and "Chase The Owner" told me the bill is what it is and said they would bill me for false work order! AVOID!!! Poor customer service.

Avoid this company if you can. The way they do business is not professional and is very deceiving. They installed a sprinkler system for us a year ago. We have been having issues with it since then. They have been "trying to fix"the leaking double box several times in the past, and guess what it is still leaking very bad after a year. My water bill is very high. We found out the reason why the double box leaking problem keeps coming back after each fix is that they only glue the leaking spot instead of fixing it(changing parts). Of course the leakage will reopen after a while. Now they tell me that we are out of warranty time period. So they are not responsible any more. This is the game they are playing when there is a problem arises until your warranty runs out. Rude and poor customer service!

No Real Warrenty

This company installed a system improperly, caused us to fail inspection 3 times, made repairs to our system which made it worse, one of their repairs is now pouring water on my lawn. They voided my warranty because their tech cut my line. Now I have to pay a real irrigation company to fix everything... Do not use this company. They are a joke and their warranty does not cover the damage they cause to your system...
