i brought my car in with a small damage on rear passenger door, the damage was a small dent and paint damge. i know that Service King have been in business for long time, knowing that i can trust them with my car. They charge $1300 for a small damage fix, witht that kind of price i would expect top notch quality.....poor quality, end up damaging my car more.



when i went to pick up the car,they try to fix the parts that was damage, the quality and workmanship was poor! Upon inspection my whole car they some how manage to damage other parts my car (big scratches). I had to bring back my car the second time thinking they will get it right this time. I was wrong, they manage to screw up my door more, so for third time coming back......they still can't it done right. It was a simple fix Service King.





I highly advise you do not go to Service King in Grand Prairie.

Never go to this Collision center. I had to take my truck back three times just so they could get the job done right. And it still isn't done right. I trusted them because they work closely with my insurance, but I was wrong. Had to give them a bad rating, so that everyone out there doesn't have to encounter the same problem as me. Another thing worth mentioning, is that they tend to do a courtesy wash after they claim the job is done, but I wouldn't recommend it. They scratched my entire truck. I went in for one thing, and now I have to deal with another situation. Total Chaos....I would avoid this place altogether....

Short story? Food stuffed into back seat pockets, sound system experienced sounds never intended for the car speakers, money was missing, and all of the interior settings were changed. When I got my car back there were a few things out of place. I always put a little change in the change holder- not much- but all of the quarters were missing when I got back in. It's an interesting way to price the integrity of a shop. It's inexpensive and quite effective. Apparently the reputation of this shop is worth less than 50 cents.They stuffed the lone Cheerios and other food crumbs left behind when I moved a car seat into the back pocket of the seat- When I got back in my car the radio was off as I had left it and was blasted at a loud volume by RAP music when I turned it on. Obviously someone enjoyed my sound system during their 30 mile trip-- all interior setting were changed including my navigation, air controls, and radio. Who knows if even the bumper ding was repainted correctly! CAREFUL!!
