I lived in these apartments for one year. They ran off my best neighbors for various reasons - the neighbors that looked out for each other and made sure stuff got fixed. I had the neighbor above me allowing dogs to poop down onto my porch, and it took forever for that to get resolved and of course I was in no way compensated for the fact that my kids could not use the porch for sanitation fears. The pool was frequently closed, and the gym inaccessible for anyone working normal hours. The "amenities" are minimal at best. The final stroke was that they chose to raise our rent by more than $250 when it came time to renew. Their BS reasons for raising it were enough to make us not even want to stay. If that wasn't enough, a new neighbor moved in about a month before we moved out and we were confronted with a sudden and appalling roach infestation. We DID tell management about the problem promptly, but they chose to not deal with the problem at all. We were never treated before moving out.

Do not move into these apartments!! The staff is horrible do not know what they are doing! They've told me the wrong moving date multiple times. Adding on extra fees they told us would be waived. They're unprofessional.the apartments are filled with bugs. The apartments are worth more than they should be.
