My husband and I are extremely unhappy with their way of doing business. I bought a "reacher" and was told that I had to bring it back within 10 days to get a refund. I was ok with that. However, a piece broke off, and it was not working. We tried to bring it back after 15 days, because of course any store would take a defective item back, wouldn't they? Nope. So, I'm out $15 on a product that should have been taken back and exchanged. More customer friendly stores will at least take an item back after 30 days, and longer if the product they are selling is faulty. We will be letting future "patients" know not to purchase their medical supplies here.

I purchased a pair of compression stockings from All Things Medical and discovered shortly thereafter that my insurance would pay for them if I purchased them from an approved provider. I went to the preferred provider and discovered that the cash price was almost half of what I paid at All Things Medical and with my insurance, I could purchase two pairs for less than half the price. I went back to All Things Medical within 3 hours to return the stockings purchased there but they wouldn't accept them because they are a "personal item." I wasn't told this when purchasing them and although it says this on the receipt, it's in approximately a size 2 font and imbedded in a paragraph. The sales clerk and another girl dressed in sweat pants and a tshirt would not call the manager Ann because she would "agree with them." I called and spoke to a manager named Taleah who affirmed that they won't take them back. Lessons learned: convenience of location results in significantly higher prices (call around and contact your insurer before purchasing anything here) and don't expect an exceptional experience with customer service issues.
