Worst managed business I've ever seen! Dawn Hamlin will stop at nothing to ruin your life, and suck every penny from you that she can. If you're late on rent, expect an eviction notice on your door and court fees. I've never been charged so many bogus fees in my life renting here. Quality of homes is poor. I would recommend running in the opposite direction. DO NOT MOVE TO ALPINE MEADOWS!!!!

Dawn Hamblin the park manager is horrible and is out to get as much money for the company as she can. She will cuss at you and treat you like crap! Ken Kuiper the corporate person who works with this park is heartless! Items were stolen from my home and they told me they wouldn't have anything to do with it. Also, the move out bill was sent straight to collections without even seeing it for myself. HORRIBLE PLACE!

The rent just went up and they don't help you with anything they don't work with you i know three people that moved out in a week don't move there they will suck you in.
