At&t is the company from hell with customer service designed to destroy the minds and hearts of consumers. What a soul-sucking process of trying to get a refund of an overpaid bill. 15 different people, 15 different answers, no one person to solve the problem. Not until I told them I was recording the conversation did I get the beginning of the response, and even then it was more of the "well, we can't file for that for 10 days" and then 3-5 days after that before I get my money back. We are not talking chump change, either, but literally thousands of dollars. I thought I needed a landline, but dealing with the monopolistic mindset at AT&T has been so hard on my soul that I am ready to give it up for the cell service, even tho I can't hear on VOIPs and hate the phones. The corporate culture is responsible and I hope that the clowns who designed the pathetic excuse for customer service have a special circle in hell, along with Franz Kafka

AT&T in Woodland mall is the most helpful AT&T store I have ever been to. I was graciously greeted by a man named Scott who intrioduced himself as the assistant manager and made sure I was connected with the right person. Sean was great! He helped me with all my service problems and also told me about a service called "tethering" that allows me to use my phone as a modem! What a great store!
