I have gone to the service dept on many occasions for various problems with our vehicles as well as routine maintenance. They have been awesome every single time! Always fairly priced and reasonable. I have referred several friends to the service dept and they have all been extremely satisfied. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to buy a car from them. Eric has always treated us very well and I trust that they would not do us wrong!

A few years ago I bought a Cadillac DTS..a day or so after I bought it the engine started knocking..it had a hole in the gas tank when I bought it and small oil leak..I over paid by around $2,000 or more..cars get damaged on their lot too..also they were holding an escalaide for me..I waited 3 months or so for the new transmission to get put it..finally got done and they sold it when they were holding it for me..waste of time..could of been a good thing tho..probably a piece of crap like their other cars...Eric NEVER calls people back and they get irritated when u call back every few days trying to get a hold of him

Purchased a truck from here pay $19,000 owner Eric told me if I had any issues or concerns he would make it right drove it home 30 minutes nothing but a problem and he will not answer the phone or return any phone calls what a joke we live and we learn

I bought a car from this place, and had an absolute terrible experience.



I got a dodge stratus from these guys during the crazy winter we had and the first year of owning the car so far I've had nothing but issues.



From a gasket needing to be replaced, to having all 4 different tires on my car, AC nor heat working properly, and driver side window not working (They fixed that though).



My biggest issue with this place was that for everything I eventually found out about the car, they refused or tried to charge me money to fix it within the first month. Due to the crazy winter we had as well, I could not see all the tires, and eventually noticed I have 4 sets of DIFFERENT tires on my car, with the tread nearly all worn out on most of them.



That is extremely unacceptable, and when I called Jeff about it, he tried to get me to pay 350 for 4 new tires. That is NOT how you run a business, and that's being a shady businessman.



I suggest never buying a car from these guys, they are shady and you can't trust them one bit, they are just looking for a sale, not to help you out at all.

I bought two vehicles and had nothing but good things to say about them (in the beginning). I always told them that I would always buy every last one of my cars from them and recommend them to anyone who was looking for a vehicle. Last year our van that we purchased had an oil leak that they fixed without question. Not one year later the same oil leak started up again. I immediately made an appointment. On the day that I was to tow it to them the transmission in the first car we bought went out; mind you, this was just replaced a year ago and still under warranty. I took them my car with the blown transmission and said we have no cars and both my pregnant wife and I work in different cities and have another child that needs to get to daycare. I told them to pick a car on their lot that they wanted me to buy as I would be trading in my car once it was repaired. They proceeded to tell me that because their personal vehicles had the dealer plates on them, there was nothing they could do for us. It is now almost two weeks later and after calling 3 times in 24 hours with no response, we finally got a hold of Eric who told us he will not be honoring the warranty that is in black and white on our receipt from Auto Consider as the torque converter, that was not replaced during the first repair, caused the damage to the transmission. The torque converter should always be replaced with a transmission per 4 other mechanics I have spoken to just today. When I explained this to him, he said it was a judgement call, but my wife or I were never given the option to make that judgement. When he was asked what he was going to do to make it right his response was "absolutely nothing". Now they want another $1500 to replace the torque converter and the transmission that we paid $2000 to replace a year ago. Worst experience with customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We will never recommend anyone going to this establishment they call an honest car dealership. All that i can say is you auto consider driving to another car lot as they will never see any business from me my family friends or acquaintances EVER!
