It was our first time here and one of the dryers caught on fire after 20 minutes with a lighter load of whites. The woman who works there tried to put out the fire with a water bottle until I told her "NO! We need a fire extinguisher!" The fire burned on and off for a half hour. When I inquired if she had called 911 she yelled that she had already called. She was incredibly rude, unapologetic and put her hand up in my face while I was concerned and asking what the protocol was (do they have a policy of or this or insurance?). Nowhere is it posted that they won't be responsible if your clothes catch on fire, so we are expecting a pay out through small claims court... since this business clearly isn't equipped to handle such a customer service issue. Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE.
