They are always late or never show up, not just once but multiple occasions. Dispatch are always quick to get you off the phone of respond in a non-professional manor.

Lost my wallet over the weekend and couldn't find it. Remember I left if in the taxi and got the number to call the company. The gentleman who answered was very friendly and concerned. He told me the driver returned it last night and will be in the safe to pick up the following day. Had trouble finding their location but they were very helpful and patient in directing me. Picked up my wallet with everything still inside! This is a honest and hard working company, deffientely grateful for their services.

I have used this company for the last 6 months on a weekly basis to get to work on Sunday night. They are routinely 15-20 minutes late. I often have to give the drivers directions on how to get to our destination. And calling to schedule your pickup at 8:30 to be picked up at10:30 does no good. You will be waiting at 1030 as requested and calling them at 10:38 and 10:48. At 10:58 you are now calling your boss to apologize for being late to work. Then at 11:10 with no cab still in sight and being told multiple times that your driver is on their way to you (when in reality you heard the driver tell dispatch at 10:48 he was finally headed your way) you will have to cancel and find another way to your destination. Multiple incidents with a different driver every time. Often the dispatch agent would not know where 2 or 3 of the drivers were for 30 minutes or more.

It was a good experience. Ride was okay, everything was clean. The drivers are also good people they respect you.
