I took my 24 year old Rainbow vacuum to Cal for a repair and he was very honest about some other repairs that were necessary. We had been storing the motor on the empty (but wet) water canister for all those years and it was very corroded. We also needed a new hose (which we knew) and our model had been discontinued. Cal had 1 hose but we didn't want to spend so much on an old machine so we opted to buy a new one (in stock). There was 0% pressure to buy this new one. Cal spent about an hour showing us how to use the new vacuum. I have used it twice now and I love it!! It is quieter than my old one and Cal told us the new one has a more powerful motor. There are several new features that my old one did not have. Glad we went with the new instead of putting money into the old!! 100% satisfied with Cal's service.

This man knows his stuff alright but tends to be rude and condescending. He is not very professional and I'm considering going elsewhere for business. If there was a rating for "professionalism" I would rate 0.

I was very happy with the service and the price! Cal knows his stuff and takes the time to review what it wrong and show you what needs to be done. His prices were low and he did the repair while I waited! He also showed me how to take better care of my unit so I would not need his services! Can you believe that! I arrived just as he was closing and he had no problem working on my Rainbow and making it run as good as new!
