I love this store on Northland. Like the Cascade store. This is because the Northland Store always is most attentive. Customer service and product knowledge is great. If they don't know they will get someone that does. Good teams of employees. Cascade runs a close second. I also love that they only have rescue cats available. The smaller animals areas never smell and are always clean and well kept and the animals look healthy. Never too many in one space. One time a little rabbit had note that said not for sale and it was alone. It looked healthy so I thought might be sold. I was actually considering a house bunny for my niece. I asked and she said it had a small amount of diarrhea and so they would not sell it until sure it was healthy. I like that. Notice the 28th Street would only get two stars. Customer varied with the employee each visit and I actually had a cashier that made me feel like she didn't want to be there. It was nearing closing time but not that close. The other employee that helped me carry my big bags even noticed and tried to compensate. I've only been there a handful of times so not a good thing.
