The team at DAWN met with me for a free consultation. I asked how much time I had and was told as long as it would take. Both Mellissa Powell and Dylan White listened sympathetically as I explained my situation.

When I approached DAWN I had just fired my initial attorney, and by comparison I was certain with them in my corner I would be well-represented. Dylan White was my counsel. He was diligent and caring. He never let me down for one second. Behind the scenes, he and Melissa Powell consulted concerning my divorce matters.

When I visited their offices, Melissa Powell would also come out at least to say hello and see how I was doing. I went to them in early February of 2017. It is the end of July only, and I am now divorced. Dylan continues to tie up the few loose ends that are left. I made a wise decision in hiring them.

First impressions are key and they did not make a good one...Don't call them. Sent an email question using their online form, and mind you, when someone is writing to ask about divorce, they're probably in a pretty awful place. The email reply was a short, one line email informing me that they don't service my area...no salutation, no signature, no anything other than, "sorry, we don't service your area." Very compassionate! THANKFULLY, I had the wrong DAWN and am now in contact with the correct, kind D.A.W.N.

Everyone at DAWN was extremely helpful, kind and attentive during my difficult and scary divorce from an abusive husband. They were with me every step of the way and I never felt alone during the whole process. They kept me up to date without me having to call to find out what was going on. In the end I ended up with full custody of my kids and a very fair amount of child support (in my favor). I don't know what I would have done without them! If you are going through a divorce or thinking about getting divorced, make sure to call DAWN.
