Provided by YP.comthe 1 stars have it. the receptionist is obviously very accustomed to dealing with all the unhappy people. the refusal to even reply to phone calls, emails makes it apparent their strategy is to bid low, get the jobs, do crappy work, and avoid and wait out any issues. I will be taking my issue to social media, my condo association, and the BBB. truly a fleecing company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Provided by YPmobileWith 25 years of experience I can honestly say that my previous year at team Djs was the single worst experience of my life. It is the most dishonest company I have ever worked for. They will reap what they sow, as their business practices will never sustain this company. DJ's is an image, a brand, an illusion. Don't look at the bright red trucks, Look at the quality of what your paying for.

Provided by YP.comDavid John Vanderslik, President and CEO of D.J.’s Lawn Service credit his company’s success to hard work and good team members. However in my own personal experience, they have expressed that keeping the customer happy is not letting them see any errors in their work. My car was recently snow plowed in at the Gerald R. Ford Airport because they are contracted to plow the long term parking lot there. My car was also damaged underneath the 2feet of snow that covered it. There was little I could do to fight both large companies because I have very little money. They knew that would be the case. They disregarded me fully as no one important to consider was wronged. The office staff in human resources was aggressive and accusing to deflect from any errors they may have made. Everyone I spoke to on the phone had camaraderie of protecting each other and not finding any ethical solutions in genuine concern towards the incident. If this is a normal practice, it will not be effective to sustain the company beyond the current management that exists presently. I am very disappointed to have this personal experience after a nice article written about the company developing success in 2008. Although I do not have the means to do anything regarding it, I do have a voice.
DJ’s holds safety and customer service in the highest regard. By its very nature, snow plowing carries a high potential for accidents to occur and DJ’s is no exception to this industry attribute. However, DJ’s does not openly accept responsibility for all incidents occurring in the field of work or the outdoors in general. We follow an investigative process to determine the likely cause of an incident and reserve the right to deny a claim which is not supported by substantiated evidence and/or our experience dealing in this type of situation for nearly 20 years.

Provided by YP.comThey do a poor job. They only do commercial lawns, thinking they can bid low and spend as little time at your buisness as possible. They just hope you do not prefer the same care at your business that you would at your home. The quality you should come to expect from a professional is lacking. Broken sprinkler heads, cars plowed in come winter time. Trees were poorly planted, many died. Would not advise going with them
Thanks Keith! We appreciate the compliment, we want nothing more than to have satisfied clients.

Provided by YP.comLook elsewhere for Lawn & Snow service.
They have a contract with both my wife and my places of business and both places suffer from the following. Poorly maintained lawns in the summer with broken spreinkler heads often.
In the winter just call DJ's and they will be sure to plow all of the employees in.
I apologize Craig that in the past you had a bad experience in working with us. I would love to get together or talk via email to make sure we are not passing any issues onto anyone else. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! [email protected].
