Dr. Kozak has been my doc for the last 12 years and I have followed her 3 different times. She is thoughtful and caring; she also listens well. Although she is only in the office 3 days per week I never have a problem getting in to see her. I do lots of business over the phone and she has these wonderful nurses who get back with me promptly.
