Visiting the Eddie Bauer store was pleasant and useful. A friendly greeting with information regarding specials began my visit. More help came as I tried to get the right fit in the slacks that I was looking for. The sales person explained the different names for different body types. She helped me call an order in for some pants that were not an in stock item for the store.

After washing a pair of khaki pants and finding the fabric would not iron a crease down one leg, I returned them to the store. Absolutely perfect service is what I found. The sales person went out on the floor and found me two of the size I needed so I could look them over to see if they were perfect to my eyes.

Excellent service along with the friendliness to welcome me into the store.
