Established in 1996, Engineered Tooling Systems, Inc. (ETS) provides tooling and dies to automotive, appliance, and other industrial part manufacturers. Based in Grand Rapids, Mich., it designs, builds, re-engineers, and services small to large sized sheet metal stamping dies and tooling. Working from a facility of 23,000 square feet, the company is a member of the Tooling Systems Group. The ISO 9001:2000 registered firm has worked with a variety of materials, such as progressive, transfer and line dies; deep draws, complex extrusions, and over bends; standard, sound deadening, heat shield, heavy thickness materials and integration into automated assembly lines.
