Family Matters In Home Care provides non-medical companion / homemaker services to seniors, those recovering from surgery, the chronically disabled, and others; all in the comfortable surroundings of the client's own home. Options include 24-hour live-in care or hourly in home care.

Betty Ford, Co-Founder of Family Matters In Home Care, Inc. says: "We are a company about family. Family is not defined solely on the bloodlines we share. Jan Casella, Co-Founder of Family Matters In Home Care, Inc., has more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience leading employees in service oriented organizations. 

Jan has spent the majority of her career leading employees and managing work place organizational enhancements, re-engineering processes and project management. Currently she is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of  the organizational structure of the corporation, oversight of the corporate finances, employee recruitment, training and retention. She serves as the corporation's Chief Administrative Officer. 

Jan is driven by her passion to do the right thing for all the right reasons in the service of the greater community. This drive combined with her unquestionable integrity have enabled her to achieve great success in both her professional and personal life. 

Jan Casella is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from St. Mary's College. 

Alexander Shotwell, Operations Manager comes to Family Matters In Home Care, Inc. with experience in employee leadership and operations.  

Currently, Alexander wears many hats for the corporation. He is responsible for employee recruitment/training/management, scheduling, client relations, marketing, information management, and technology. 

Alexander has extensive experience with identifying and mitigating risks, solving problems and customer relations. He currently serves as the Marketing Coordinator and Operations Manager.
