I have been with Brent for about 3 months. He is a very respectable and energetic young man. At the same time he is extremely professional and as a lot of knowledge in his field. We are always doing different things and I always tell him it blows my mind how many exercises one can do in their own living room and how many different walking/jogging programs one can do on a treadmill depending on one's goals! Being a mother that works from home and kids are in school all day it can be nervous wrecking having a man come to your home to train you but Brent makes you feel very comfortable! I do also look and feel much better since I have started with Brent. I am going to have him start training my son to help his baseball also! Highly recommended, especially for people that do not know what they are doing or have limited time in the day!
