Noticed that those without prepaid reservations were accomodated.
Courteous hostesses and drivers--wish other conventions in other cities had service like this.

The staff of Andrus Gail Travel were on time and got us where we needed to be. Their staff were organized, pleasant and professional. Both traveling to my hotel (arriving from the airport) and traveling to the airport were trips with minimal waiting and provided on time service. They were great for our Conference delegation

On time service with a smile. It was a pleasant ride to the airport. I will miss Michigan. You just have to know to make the reservations during regular office hours.

the Andrus Gail Travel service in Grand Rapids was excellent. The organizers were wonderful to work with, the driver of the bus was most helpful and a gentlemen AND very capable of driving that huge bus they used for our conference travel.

The convention I attended in downtown Grand Rapids in June 2009 had a contract for airport transportation with Gail Andrus Travel. I appreciated being able to pay by credit card in advance for a one-way ticket to the airport from my hotel ($15). (My arrival in town was a day earlier than the contract began, so I was unable to do a round trip.) I phoned in advance to make sure there would be an early enough bus for my 6:00 a.m. flight. The office person I talked to was helpful and I wound up on a 4:00 a.m. bus -- just about the right timing. So my experience was very good. The only caution I would offer is in behalf of a colleague who also made an advance reservation for a ride to the airport. Her flight home was the day before mine. She found out only on that same day that her bus had been canceled, apparently because of a shortage of riders, and wound up taking a cab.
