Excellent customer service. Rick did a great job repairing our refrigerator, which had stopped cooling. He analyzed the problem quickly, efficiently performed the repair, and the charge was reasonable. He also followed up the next day to ensure that everything was still working properly.



We wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future on any appliance repairs.

This business does not deserve a star rating!!! I was charged over a $100 service charge to come over & do nothing. He said he would contact me with an estimate for the cost of parts. HE NEVER DID! When I asked him his name. He told me they call him "TRICKY RICKY"
