This business is just worth for "grab and go". Not working for any size of "Project" I tried to have them to replace my front door. The, door and storm door replacement cost about $1796.xxUSD. The door has cracks at the corner and the frame has 2 cracks. The door was originally order in early Oct and now almost Dec it's still unfinished! I got phone calls to follow up from Homedepot every 2 days! Worthless. Think twice if you want to go there for any project.

I got a call last night from Renee, homedepot customer care center," The vendor agree to replace the door, you have to pay labor cost&quot she said; wth! i paid almost $2000 USD to for them to improve my house, but I all I got was a shiety quality door and crappy work. Homedepot the one to do the installation, they messed up and want me to pay another round of installation fee. It took the guy more than 5 hrs to replace the door, and they about to do again and again (not sure, they can do it right since they have been so long in business but still messed up) This is Winter people. Stop waste your time and money on these people who dont care their jobs
