This used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant but there have been changes for the worse in the last few months so we don't order from here anymore. The last 3 times we ordered takeout the orders were incomplete or had incorrect dishes. The food quality has declined also. The sauces are obviously watered down and tasteless, meat is overcooked and tough. It's sad that a good restaurant has turned out to be less than mediocre.

The customer service I just received was the worst thing I could have ever imagined. I paid for my meal and because this business wants to save a Buck by buying cheaper bags the bottom of mine gave out sending my food flying. I called to ask for a replacement but the woman I spoke with I'm guessing a manager blamed it on me and stated that this was "not her problem " really?!?! Blaming th's customer?! So I paid $17 for no food. Never again will I give my business or recommend another friend. DO NOT EAT HERE if you have bad luck like me. Whatever happens it won't be there problem.

I recently ate at Hunan on Leonard St and I found the food and service to be excellent. I was very impressed and will return to lunch there again.
