I was a patient for mabey 2yrs and i had a bad experience i was never told that you could only use one pharmacist and i used more than one and i was let go because i was told that i was droctor shopping and they put me on a list of being a person that was droctor shopping and i had a very hard time getting a pain droctor .i was so damn hurt because i never knew that a doctor would lie on you and make ot hard for me to get treatment. .i found out yrs later that . that was a problem if the droctor would have explained that to me ot would have made a different. Instead of falsely accused me of being a doctor shopping .

I have been a patient here for almost 3 years. First treated by Dr. Russo and PA Aaron Greene. They were both wonderful, but have recently left the practice. I am now a patient of Dr. Suderman as well. And so far so good. They do give narcotics if needed. But as they are pain medications you do have to be accountable for them. An occasional drug test to make sure you are taking them and not taking anything illegal. And a very occasional count of them to make sure you're not taking more than prescribed or maybe even illegally selling them as some do. So yes I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is truly in pain. Their treatments work, both back and knees. And they will help to get you on the correct dosage of medication.

I was a patient at javery for almost 3 years. As my treatment only consisted of injection after injection, i did as instructed! Dr. Russo was my doctor and i liked him. He eventually by my request had a pain pump put in and i was immediately transferred to aaron green PA. This is when the nightmare started. I was almost overdosed at his incompetent hands and then blamed, my medical records were altered and i was set up to be terminated within 3 months of being there. I hadn't even healed from my surgery. Aaron green would state positive help to me and my husband, shake his hand and then falsify medical records. Since my unethical termination i have been black listed due to aaron and 1 nurse. My number was blocked and i was sent out to withdrawl from high doses of narcotics going directly thru my spine. HORRIBLE! I have tried getting a lawyer and filling a complaint with the medical board only because i have proof of every wrong doing. No luck, they should be shut down!

My course of treatment was already decided before I even walked in,and it I didn't even want that!! But if you tell them no, they won't treat you with anything else. Be proactive in your health care, it's your body.

This pain institute treats patient's like they are drug dealers. I was called 2 weeks after my first injection to come in for a drug test and a pill count. I work 9-5 as a business professional. I cannot just leave my office unscheduled, and drive across town so someone can count out my prescribed pills. I also was cited at my first visit because after I gave my urine sample I washed my hands. Apparently this was against their policy, even though I had urine on my hand from the sample given. I was discharged from their practice because I was "non-compliant". Save your dignity and money and find another pain clinic, this one is apparently used for treating junkies only.

I have been treated by Dr.Suderman and Aaron Green for about a year now. I cant agree with the other comment about the two of them. I had many bad experiences while being treated at Michigan Pain Consultants, so was able to switch to Javery pain. So far everyone at Javery pain has been wonderful, and my pain is being better managed. I have multiple chronic illnesses which I need narcotics to treat they have been very understanding about. I can not speak about Dr. Javery, as I have never been seen by him. But I was seen for years at his pain clinic by a Dr. Mark Clark. He was a very helpful compassionate and caring doctor who was always honest and up front in providing my pain management. Unfortunately, Dr. Clark left Javery Pain Clinic around March 2015, and Dr. Suderman was given responsibility for my care, with support by Aaron Greene, PA. From that point forward my care was pretty much ignored and replaced with getting me in for as many appointments as they could so as to charge my insurance and myself. Neither Aaron or Dr. Suderman believe in treating chronic pain with narcotic medication, even if it has been found to be the only treatment that offer any pain reduction. I found Aaron Greene very uncaring and he seemed to never remember anything he says from one office visit to the next. He only wishes to make any patient using narcotics to use several non-narcotic medications even if they offer no relief. If you attempt to complain about his lack of care, he accuses patients of being drug addicts. I would not recommend him or Dr. Suderman to anyone suffering from pain, unless they really don't want to be prescribed any narcotic medications.

Love them! love them! love them! Dr. Javery is a miracle worker who goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. I have seen him for 14 years and I have never had a negative issues. His staff is warm & comforting. I would never go anywhere else.

He has changed my life without surgery and painless. His staff is top notch just like he is. I have been with Dr Keith Javery for before he opened the Javery Pain Institute.

Listen to your patients. Stop working from your own agendas, attempt to manage medication first, before invasive therapies. Take responsibility and accountability for the patients pain. I had high hopes, but your no better than the rest of the medical community. There is just too many of these doctors now...they want to get paid, but they don;t have to consider the patients concerns and engagement in the treatment plan. I hope someone sues for neglect and maltreatment or unnecessary treatment, actually many people hurting and in pain need to step up and hire an attorney, to let these doctors know: they have treat pain. What happened to do know harm?

the first visit to this office was great! the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Christopher Russo is a very polite doctor who makes sure you leave his office happy and satisfied. He asked many questions and examed me to make sure he doesn't miss anything and also further understand what it is that is causing my pain. I look forward to visiting this pain clinic.

I would recommend Dr. Javery and his staff to anyone. He and his staff are kind, caring and very helpful.

Dr. Javery's new office is so welcoming and the staff is so helpful. I would recommend this his office to anyone. Dr. Javery himself listens to you, has a great understanding for his patients and really does help. He is the only doctor that figured out what the source of my pain was. Thank you Dr. Javery!

This is the only place that seen me as a person and not a number, recognized my pain, and the need to help relieve it. Not only that, the personal care that the staff takes with everyone, is priceless, along with the pain relief acheived!
