They do not fix ongoing issues. Owner does not respond to phone calls. Called three times was put on hold for 20 minutes just to be transferred to voicemail. Called again and was transferred to wrong persons voicemail. Finally received an email three weeks later only to be told what I was doing wrong and that I had to contact maintenance person to start process of getting problem fixed yet again. Very poor communication skills/efforts-could have a lot less headache if communication took place. Instead they would rather take legal action when not necessary.
