I went into Little Caesars and ordered two Hot and Ready pizzas. Not only were there no pizzas ready they gave eight customers their food first before we were served. I waited 25 minutes for a Hot and Ready pizza. Pathetic. I will never return. I wish I could give zero stars. The service was horrible and there should be better management.

My wife came into this Little Caesars on the friday before memorial day and we ordered their new deep dish pizza and cheese bread sticks. The pizza had an odd flavor, the top layer of cheese was melted but the entire layer under was not. Crust was over done on the outside but doughy on the inside. The bread sticks were WAY over seasoned (which we didn't mind too much honestly) but they were very cold by time she got it the 3 minute drive home. I called to let the general store manager know the situation and he apologized. He then said "there is only a 24 hr window to call and complain to rectify the situation." I let him know before hand the reason we waited was so we could speak to the general manager and he said he was there that night and there all weekend. The juvenile waitstaff were acting wild that evening as well paying no attention to the food. We will spend 2 dollars more and drive 1 minute further up the road now for Jets Pizza. Great service, great food at Jets. Sorry to say little Caesars, but you have lost my business indefinitely for all locations if this is your standard (which it is according to the manager).
