Our stuff was with this company for over a year and we had no problems at all. They were professional enough and easy to deal with.

They took great care of my things and got everything there safe and sound. All the men arrived ontime and were very nice to deal with. I was all smiles by the time things were over. It really made things easier to have a moving company do all the hard work!

With my stuff in storage while I figured out a permanent living solution I was free to look for a new place. Once I found something, Powell brought all my stuff out of storage and delivered it right at a scheduled time I had arranged a few days earlier. It made things very easy that way and everything was intact and handled carefully.

They made the move very simple for me. I had things boxed and ready to go and they took care of the rest. I was very pleased and glad to hand off the hard work to someone else.

They were all the things a mover should be. They were timely and worked well together. They seemed extra careful too! they were well worth the expense for a pain free experience.

I do not have a lot of stuff but most of it is old and fragile. I called on the professionals at Powell to give me a hand. They were very quick and got everything over to the new place in great condition. Everyone was nice too. The care was what was most important and they certainly took good care of my things while moving them.

My family and I moved to TN and knew it was going to be a big move. I am very happy we decided to hire Powell because every aspect of the move was great. The driver and the crew were very hard workers. They moved our things at a diligent pace, but kept everything in great condition.

So nice to work with. I would like to acknowledge and give to kudos to Kristi Adams with Powell Moving in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was fabulous at staying in communication with me as I was in Texas (destination) and the origination was in G.R. She also helped exceptionally well with my mother, a hospital trip, and resulting co-ordination with out of town family coming to meet the pick up crew. She stayed with us from start to finish and she certainly helped make the move a positive experience! She was friendly, supportive, and wonderful to work with. She is an asset to your organization.

I had to write and let you guys know that the movers that did our move were great. Brian was a good crew leader and they were all very mindful of where our things went and how they we handled.
