Provided by YPmobileWorst home care place I have ever worked! Very unprofessional and unorganized. Had to constantly keep giving them my information and they would continously lose it. I was hired in three weeks ago and called them frequently trying to figure out a schedule. They wouldn't return my calls in a timely manner. Finally after 3 weeks of this they get me a client. They warn me that the clients house is hard to find yet they don't give me a map to find it, my trainers phone number, or the clients file or phone number let alone. I spent 2 hours looking for the clients house then called and resigned after they couldn't help me. All they did was send me the address again via text message. I'm sorry but if I was the manager and in that position I'd be calling someone to find out where they're at.I have been a certified nurse aid for going on 8 years and I've done home care as s side job for just as long. I have never encountered a company as unprofessional as they are.
