I rented a home from this company and from the beginning it was awful. It was filthy when we moved in and they pushed back our move in date without notice. Very slow responding to maintenance requests, if they respond at all. We had to request the same thing be fixed multiple times in order to get them to come out. And once they did come out they did the bare minimum to fix the issue. Awful with communication. Never let us know when they would be coming for inspections and the few times the maintenance team showed up we were given no notice. Although the maintenance team was very nice and pleasant to deal with the rest of the rent blu team was very unprofessional, rude, and hard to communicate with.

We rented a house from Rent Blu and the staff was super nice and accommodating. However, when we moved in the house was a total filthy. They claimed to have had it cleaned, but it clearly was not. Their response time for maintenance issues is beyond slow. We had to email call to follow up on the issues. It took over 30 days for them to have a major appliance properly repaired, only to have it fail again in two months. The staff is disrespectful at best with Tracey Deney leading the charge. She is short with you on the phone, hangs up on you, and is unreliable at best to return calls/email. I would caution anyone from hiring Rent Blu or renting from Rent Blu!!! Rent Blu will attempt to hide from this review and others by saying that this review is for the wrong company, Blu House Properties, but they are one in the same. Ironically, you cannot leave a review for Rent Blu.

Extremely unprofessional company. They seem really nice at first, but they will turn nasty and turn things back on the tenant when you ask them to fix things properly. After repeated requests to address security issues and several safety which caused multiple injuries, property manager Tracey Denney started making accusations and scapegoating the tenant who reported the issues and asked for remediation. I would not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances whatsoever. RUN, DON'T WALK, from these people.

Expect slow responses, if any. Apparently Duke Gray (property manager) isn't very motivated to rent their properties. If you're a home owner looking to rent out your house, I would stay away! Duke's lack of professionalism will drive away all intelligent renters, so who knows what type of person you'll get renting your home!
