We hed Ron from river cityappliance out for a repair on our stove today.
He was nice and polite .
He fixed my stove right on the spot.
Just in time for good friday.

I had Ron from River city appliance out to my home today for a repair on my washer.
Ron was on time .
Ron was Polite .
Ron fixed my washer right then wile he was here.
I would 100% recommend River City Appliance .
This is the third time we have used his service .
and always 100% satisfied.

Ron and I had a pretty rough start and I was very disappointed initially, but he took the time to call and explain his side of things and took responsibility for what happened.

Ron came out to estimate fixing my washing machine through American Home Sheild. He was here 5-10 minutes told me that my machine would most likely be replaced rather than fixed. He took $75 cash never gave me a reciept and left. I caught up to him on the road and asked for a reciept and he told me I'd get the paperwork once he came back fix my machine. A hour later I got a call from American Home Shield and they told me that they wouldn't cover my repair to my machine because the technician (Ron) told them that the damage wasn't from normal wear and tear. I explained that I bought this GE Profile Washing Machine new in 2009 and we do 4-6 loads of laundry a day and they said the Ron told them that it wasn't damaged from normal use... Who is he to determine our use of our washing machine... Very Crooked Man. I called him back and he lied to me that he didn't tell them it shouldn't be covered and started back peddling fast. Not hear back from him... Getting a second option free from AMS

Ron came out same day and repaired our dryer after a small fire. He was quick, efficient, and had our best interests and customer service at the forefront. Reasonable and thorough. Great service.

Was able to come repair my dryer the day after I called, arriving right at his estimated time. Job was completed very quickly, totally fixed, very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
