Provided by YP.comJeff and Lucas installed our new boiler. Clean: They put down runners, wore booties, the whole package. I could tell they knew what they were doing so I could comfortably just leave them alone and let them work. When they were done, they took the time to explain what they had done and exactly what I needed to do as the user.
Great team. Friendly and easy to talk to. I felt vary comfortable and at ease have them in my home for a day.

Provided by YP.com5 Star - all the way. Steve Decaire from The Service Professor -Cert. Plumbing Tech...was absolutely awesome in handling our plumbing issues! Steve is a very professional, knowledgeable & talented person who truly cared about getting our previous contractors' "cobble-job" plumbing squared away to righteousness! We also had a dryer gas line hook-up whereas he found 3 places where gas had been escaping & fixed that issue as well. We've never been more pleased when it comes to having hired a contractor, & there is no question as to who we will call for additional work that we will need to have done. We've hired other contractors, but have never received such great quality of care and follow-up as we've found in Steve Decaire & The Service Professor Team. They're The Team you just know you can trust & depend on; and that your home will be safe when they're done.

Provided by YP.comI chose Service Professor due to the positive reviews I saw on this site, even though there are several providers close by. Great choice! Tom DeHaan (our designated service person) arrived in the allotted window and did a great job of explaining every step he was taking. He quickly narrowed the problem down to a faulty thermostat but continued to look around for other things that might be wrong with our furnace. He replaced a capacitor and made other suggestions (the furnace is 17 years old). In short, I am very glad I chose this outfit. Tom is a great ambassador for them. Very polite and cordial and very consultative. I will gladly do business with Service Professor again.

Provided by YPmobilePerson knew were in a bind and quoted us 2500 for 5 hours of work. Had to deal with my father in law complaining about his back because plumber asked him to help him lift tub and he's 78. Give the owner credit for calling me back but he did it only after seeing a complaint online and tried to cover it up by deleting it on Facebook page and proceeded to blame me for not making a formal complaint when I did so online and on their Facebook page. Then asked me if I could find out who I spoke to 3 months ago as if I had all the time in the world
and that my word was not good enough. If price is not an issue and you want it fast and don't mind your bathroom being called trailer park this is your place. Otherwise I'd recommend Godwin. Friendly guys and pricing is alot more in line for those of us who don't make a fortune.

Provided by YP.comSteve was great! He came right over and fixed my sons outlet. He was fast, efficient, and educated me about how many watts my plug could hold so I don't blow the outlet. He also told me how to figure out how many watts equals amps. No one else would do that for their customers! Great service and really friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Paul G. was fabulous during the initial visit explaining all of our options and helping us choose the right replacement water heater for our needs. He also explained the great value of the Dean's List program which we joined for peace of mind as homeowners. Paul G. and Dennis were also wonderful during the installation, and everyone that we've been in contact with at The Service Professor has been nothing but professional, polite, and extremely friendly. Provided by YP.comThe Service Professor visited me today, Paul G was my master plumber and Brad was the Electrician. I had asked for them to inspect a bathroom I am finishing off for a leak. While this was difficult to assess, the overall home inspection they had provided curtesy of a Valpak coupon I had, was very thorough and informative. Both providers spoke to me in terms I could understand and offered multiple options for fixing any problems I had or updates needed. I really appreciate their timeliness, wide scope of knowledge and generosity ! I would most definately refer a friend to The Service Professor!! Thanks again guys!

Provided by YP.comDave was my service provider and he was great. Very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. He spent 3 hours to get the job done in one day. He went above and beyond my expectations. I am calling The Service Professor today to help with a different electrical need I have. I could not have been happier with the professionalism of the folks on the phone and the skill level of Dave. I would recommend this company for any electrical needs you may have.
