As a first time handgun user I was understandably cautious. Walking through the door here and stepping up to the range I feel nothing but safe and confident. Ended up taking a class to improve my knowledge (and aim) - I keep going, working toward my CPL. This from a female who always swore she would never carry.

Great staff, great variety of almost everything you would need if I came in your house at 3 am. I got great service quick, information correct and quick. A++

Excellent, well organized store with fair prices. Clean, modern range that's a pleasure to shoot at. MOST of the staff are really nice and knowledgeable. There are a few who seem to have that typical "gun range chip on the shoulder" but they are the exception rather than the rule. All in all ... I'm a member at Silver Bullet and I wholeheartedly recommend the facility to others.

Great store with great service. Store is clean and well organized, staff has always been helpful expecially when I was a beginner. Silver Bullet also has training classes.

Very poor service. I stood for over 45 minutes at the case and no one offered to help. They were not that busy. Today been calling and no one will answer the phone have called over a 3 hour period letting the phone ring for minutes.

Store was very clean and displays showcased great products!
