They promise alot; deliver nothing
After interview w/ recruiter Tim Hoving could never reach him--all no emails/phone calls returned
They are a waste of time. The positive reviews on this site were probably submitted by Smelling personnel.
Basically, Smelling sucks.

I use only Snelling when my company needs people. I have hired 3 customer service reps through them in the past month. All have been exceptional. Snelling is easy to work with and responds to my requests immediately.

It took three interviews and a thorough background check, but the people at Snelling supported me all the way. I'm blessed to be at this position. I am using the skills from my recent degree and new ones I didn't think I had!
