Southeast community association ( S. E. C. A. ) was founded in march 1979 by a group of residents and community leaders to combat social. Cultural and community problems that plagued S. E. C. A. ’S neighborhoods and incarcerated its children AT an alarming rate. Below are a FEW: LACK of immediate employment (youth and ADULT) COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT LACK of resources available for owner occupied homes and financial assistance to perform REPAIRS ACCESSIBILITY to resources (ALL that APPLIES) SENIOR victimization. Gentrification youth violence. Disruptions in area youth educational experience community messaging and literacy.
