The management and more specifically Carmen in the front office are absolutely horrible to deal with.If you are considering this park as your new home I would very strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This place is a nightmare

awful/overpriced

They are horrible. Over priced and the management is terrible. My 3 year old got yelled at and kicked out of the pool because she jumped in! The pool is part of my overpriced lot rent ..everyone I've talked to in the community dislikes management. I would never recommend Southwood Village to anyone.
