This is the worst salon I have ever been to. The stylist refused to do what I asked him to do to my hair and did what he wanted instead, leaving me with black hair when I asked for red, no layers when I asked for a lot of them and I was quoted a price $60 lower than I had to pay. I was so unhappy that I asked the owner if someone could fix it for me or have a refund and she told me I could only have the same guy do my hair again, he still refused to do what I wanted so I asked for a refund. The owner then ignored me for over 3 weeks until I finally emailed her stating that I would leave bad reviews everywhere if she didn't contact me. Then when I went in to get my refund she was rude, called me a liar (and I had a friend with me who witnessed everything that happened at the appointment), then as I was walking out the guy who messed up my hair rushed in like he was waiting for me to leave and they sat right in the front window talking and motioning towards me as they laughed. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any business. The owner doesn't even do hair so she knows nothing about the why's and how's of what her stylists are even doing. This is the only time in my life I've ever complained or asked for my hair to be fixed so that's telling you how horrid it looked. I wish I could give negative stars!

This salon/spa was quite surprising. When I arrived at Splurge Salon, I was expecting another stuffy, snooty receptionist to "greet" me at the start of journey where I was left feeling like I needed to qualify in the wallet to be getting services there. That was soooo not the case. Every "assistant" I encountered was casual, welcoming, and seemed to be "on my level". The hair area is beautiful! Open and inviting, with lots of natural light. The spa area is not that stoudy white, medi atmosphere, but very clean looking with really great color scheme running throughout. The pedicure and facial I had was marvelous.

The parking was easily accessable. The drinks were great. The greeting/atmosphere was awesome. The assistants and services were amazing.

Splurge has really reasonable prices there too.

I will be returning many, many times.
