Don't work here... Ever!
Management sucks at communication
Everyone sleeps with each other
They hire literally anyone
Everyone's immature and ignorant (even the adults)
Everyone likes to be in your business then tell the next person
Issues never get resolved shoo speaking with management is just you wasting your time
They're ALWAYS hiring and firing people so to make up for the high turnover they make you do mandatory overtime and if you don't then you get penalized
They have dishonest work practices and management actually encourages you to cheat to get good metrics because if you don't then they'll get on you for your numbers being decent,below average or bad
They pay is TERRIBLE for all the work you have to do and compared to other call centers
The chairs are uncomfortable
There are changes every day and instead of you being noticed ahead of time, you're noticed literally once the chance is taking effect
Everything. Everything is wrong with this job!
