Warning!! We Got Cleaned Out!! Missing: My good (damn expensive) watch, 2 pairs of girls UGG boots, North Face Jackets, Cash. We have a large house with a lot of nice things and they helped themselves!! The women that cleaned our house were right out of a trailer park, no uniforms nothing.

Very inconsistent. We have had TCA clean our home for several months. Sometimes we've been very pleased, but more often some area was missed and we had to call about it. Their answer was always to credit back a portion of the cleaning, but why not just clean it right in the first place? The house never had that "just cleaned" smell like previous cleaners had left behind. Most concerning to us was that there seemed to be different pairs of cleaners every time. It was never explained to us why, but do they have lots of turnover? Why? It takes a lot of trust to leave a key out and let strangers into your home and into every room in your house. I just didn't feel like that trust was earned with the resulting service performed.
