Provided by YP.comI like the variety that they have. Sometimes they can get pretty busy, and it takes awhile to get service, but overall, they are pretty good. The only complaint I have is that the portions are small, especially for what you pay

Provided by YP.comWhy do people feel the need to watch CNN while having sushi? It's nuts. Anyway, apart from that this place is pretty good. I spent 3 years in Tokyo and have always been on the lookout for good Japanese cuisine. I'm not as crazy about the sauces they use on their hibachi specials but the raw fish is very satisfying.

Provided by YP.comI have never had sushi until last week. A coworker of mine was going to Tokyo Grill for lunch and asked if I wanted anything. I had never eaten sushi and I felt a bit daring that day. I had no idea what to choose from the sushi menu so I let him pick one for me. He chose the "Sake" sushi. It is fresh salmon atop sushi rice with a hint of wasabi. It was quite tasty. I must admit I was of the mindset that all sushi was raw fish and all sushi was gross. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Tokyo Grill served all kinds of sushi. Raw, cooked, vegetarian, seafood.
After that first time eating sushi, I was eager to try different items on the menu. Everything that I've ordered there has been delicious! I have been there everyday this week for lunch AND dinner. I must admit however eating at Tokyo Grill can become quite an expensive habit. But I think it's worth it.
My favorites: For beginners I would recommend the "Kani Maki." It is imitation crab meat, sesame seeds, sushi rice, wrapped in seaweed. If you are squeamish about eating raw fish this one is right for you since the meat is of course not raw. It's also very delicious and not as expensive. If you dare to try the raw fish, I really like salmon. Another favorite of mine is the "Sake Maki." It's fresh salmon, green onions, sushi rice, wrapped in seaweed. I like the Unagi too. It is cooked eel atop sushi rice with wasabi. It is more expensive but again EXTREMELY delicious. I also like the Hibachi dinners. They are cooked meat, veggies, rice, and some dipping sauce. They come with a salad. If you get the salad, get onion dressing. Its better than the ginger dressing in my opinion.
Bottom line: Don't be afraid to eat outside the box and try something new. This restaurant is high quality!
