Tracy Smith received her bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI., where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She received her masters of science, Physician's Assistant from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. She received several honors and awards including membership in Golden Key National Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi National Academic Honorary Society and Eastern Michigan University Stoic Society. She is a fellow of American Academy of Physician Assistants and National Athletic Trainer's Association. Tracy has an extensive background and experience in orthopedic practice and athletic training. She joined Oaklawn Medical Group in 2016.
