I wish I could give zero stars. The way they treat potential customers is beyond me. You have to put your phone number on the website to even browse the vehicles, then, they will pester you by calling daily and leaving vague voice mails, not even saying what business they are calling from. I had to Google the number to find out it was them. I answered today, and the girl asked which car I was interested in, I told her I was only browsing right now, and she said, "okay bye" and hung up on me. I'll never purchase a vehicle from this shady establishment.

I brought my car into VanAndel & Flikkema because I had multiple warning lights on. The car was driving fine, but the lights were on. I asked them to diagnose the problem. Originally I was told the Power Control Module would need to be replaced and that could be done under warranty. I was then told that the wiring harness would have to be replaced and it would be roughly $550. I told them I would pick up the car and decide what I was going to do after. They told me they were having problems rewiring the car back to the way it was. I later picked up the car and it slammed into gear when I drove it. Once on the road I realized the car would not go over 40 mph. I talked to the dealership and realized in order to make them responsible for what they broke on the jeep I would have to bring it back to them. I was also told the computer would have to be reset and only dealerships could do that. After I dropped the car back off, I received a call to tell me that the harness they quoted me was the wrong one and the correct one would cost a little over $900 just for the harness. I called to speak with the manager, Ty, and he offered a discount and we agreed to go forward with the repair at a little over $1100. I followed up with them a few days later because I hadn't heard anything from them. I was told they ordered the wrong harness and it would take a few more days to get the right one in. I picked up the car only to find out it did not fix the issue at all. I also found out the horn and air conditioning did not work now even though they worked perfectly fine before I dropped the car off there. I brought it back and they fixed the horn but told me they would have to have me bring it back in to fix the AC and it would probably be $250. They did not fix one thing on the car and in fact items were not working that were previously working. I then brought the car to Lentz USA to take a look at the car. They tested the AC and said the computer was reading a high psi, but when they tested the compression it was actually much lower so they said I needed to go to a different dealership because of the computer difference. Josh also stated that they also found a couple of wires unplugged including a headlight. I then brought the jeep to Zeigler Chrysler where they fixed the AC and replaced a sensor that fixed the original problem that I brought the car in to fix for $150. They said the connecting wire to the AC sensor was too short and the pin was not plugged all the way in so they rewired it.

Amazing people and service!!

Amazing service from buying a car to the service center! I was having no luck with finding a car for my day to day needs! Other dealerships were rude and unhelpful! Here is the place for success! I worked with kristian in finding my car and he was very helpful from the beginning to end! Duane made sure the financing went smoothly and worked hard making sure I was not stressed! I appreciate all their hard work and the service center is also amazing! Myself as a woman I know nothing about cars and repairs! They made sure I was being helped and understood what my car needed! I am so fortunate to have a great experience like this! Amazing customer service!

We we in a car accident, we have a jeep, so we thought that they would be the best option. We were talking to our service rep and he seemed cool. We then got our jeep back and wow the body work done on it was Horrible. We complained and there was not much they could do for us. Then we drove the Jeep, It pulled so hard to the right, so we took it back, they couldnt figure anything but our ball joints needed to be replaced. I had to recall our insurance company to get an insurance ajuster to relook at it and this is what we found. 1. Our axel was bent and was supposedly had been replaced (it wasnt)

2. The rear door was reported replaced and wasn't

3. The rocker bars were supposed to be repaired.

4. Customer service is a 0 star they choose not to listen and choose not to care what anbodys safety is.

I am also in dissagreeance of this star it really should be no stars.
