Located in Arlington, Va., Walter Reed Fire Station is a part of the Arlington County Fire Department, which is a full-service public safety agency that works to provide fire suppression and emergency medical services. It conducts fire extinguisher training, tours of the fire station and fire prevention programs. The department is also responsible for fire suppression inspections. The Arlington County Fire Department also conducts home safety checks and offers fire incident reports. It is comprised of more than 60 full-time employees and paid-on-call volunteer firefighters.
