Today I witnessed one of the groomers yelling at a dog who wasn't cooperating while being groomed, (nibbling at the groomers hand while she held its paw) instead of letting go of the dog and letting it calm down or muzzling the dog she proceeded to yell and shout at the dog, then I seen her grab the dogs paw and squeeze it so hard that her hand were shaking, after still not cooperating she grabbed one of the dogs back legs and yanked it to the side and out from underneath it, the dog would of fallen if it was not for the leash attached to the pole holding him up. I was so upset from what I had seen I began crying and had to leave while my boyfriend waited for our dog to be returned. No one in the shop was even phased by what was going on. No one stopped her and no one said a word aside from me and my boyfriend. I've had great experiences here in the past but after today I begin to wonder what else happens when the dog owners are not around and the dogs are being groomed. I will NEVER go back and I URGE everyone to do the same!

Amazing customer service and BEAUTIFUL job done on grooming my toy poodle. This was our first visit and they did amazing, I will definitely be sticking with this facility!

Been taking my 14 year old chocolate lab here for years and they treat us like family. Always gentle and kind, and fit us in for nail trims any time. They even offer to help me get my old boy up into my SUV when he cant quite make it sometimes. Awesome! Great with my 5 yr old bulldog too. He's a bit of a nervous Nellie but is very comfortable at W&W. Love them.

Michelle [the owner] became very rude, short tempered, and foul mouthed when asked about an abration my dog received while being gromed at Wash n Wags. My dog had to be treated with medication[s] after he becoming very sick with a bad bacterial infection from razor burn. She had no ownership in the wound and it became a blame game.

You will not find better groomers than those at Wash N Wags Pet Grooming. Michelle and her team provide excellent service with a smile! My "girls" love to be pampered at Wash N Wags. They have also gone their for day-care and had a great time! I travel from Kentwood to Wash N Wags because they are the best!

I love Wash N Wags, not just because they are great groomers, but because the environment is a positive experience for my Goldens. They don't spend the day in a cage waiting to be groomed...they get to play with other dogs in a daycare environment. The shop is also very clean, and the girls are all major animal lovers and treat my dogs great.



Another perk is the hours they are available, and how willing they are to work around your schedule.

My dogs cannot wait to get to Wash 'N Wags. They love the girls and the free roaming play time. They always smell and look great. I highly recommend Wash 'N Wags. They even have walk-in nail trims at any time and a self wash facility for in between grooms. The social time with other animals is great.

I have spent a lot of money with this company to groom our beagle, but hen they advertise that they have doggy daycare and not want to except it. We just needed to have them keep hm for 5 hours, yet they complained and said they do not do this service. Then with calling back, they would do the service, but because he had fleas they couldnt take him! OKay we got him a treatment with them last month and never worked. We finally took him to the vet, to take care of it, and it has worked, now we have to clean our house again! More money spent for "their word" theat they do the service you pay for. Now that we have to clean up their mess, they arnt willing to babysit our dog for 5 hours. Are you kidding me????

Wash and Wags does an EXCELLENT job grooming my standard poodle...we actually travel all the way from Spring Lake just to get him groomed here. The staff is great and very friendly. I highly recommend!
