Located in Grand Rapids we are a leading provider of residential and commercial real estate appraisals for the South West Michigan Area. Our Chief Appraiser began appraising in 2000 and is FHA approved.  We perform standard residential appraisals in Kent, Muskegon, Allegan and Ottawa counties as well as the Lake Michigan shoreline from Indiana to Ludington. We partnered with Certified General and MAI appraisers to perform commercial appraisals across the majority of the western side of the state.
