Horrible Horrible Hospital. Their staff in the radiology department totally screwed up a procedure on me and I have consequences for life. They refuse to step up to the plate and help me. I have pictures of what they did to me but they kept no records refuse to even acknowledge what happened that day. Three people tended me and 3 people know what happened to me. They need to step up and take care instead of cover up what they did.

my grandma is in the grand itasca hospital and she is in the hospice stage. the nursing staff in the icu and in the medical surgical area is more then wonderful with her i could not aask for better care givers for her here in her last days. I grew up here in grand rapids and i have always heard people talking saying how terible this place is well as every place anywhear in the world has thier flaws in people and ways they do things these people here at grand itasca are great if and when i get to the end of my days here oon earth i would be happy knowing i was here at grand itasca with the way they care and take pride in thier job and in people i can never thank them enuf for how great they are being with my grandma
